The Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) operates on the principle of treating wastewater generated in fish farms through a series of water treatment units. This process removes harmful pollutants from the aquaculture water, such as residual feed, feces, total ammonia nitrogen (TAN), nitrite nitrogen (NO2--N), and others. The treated water is then recycled back into the fish ponds, creating a closed-loop system. Not only does this RAS address the issue of low water resource utilization, but it also provides a stable, reliable, comfortable, and optimal living environment for aquatic creatures, favoring high-density aquaculture.

FBBR (Fixed Bed Biofilm Reactor):
Utilizes the biofilm on fillers to adsorb smaller suspended particles in the water. It has an automatic backwashing function to control the flushing of fillers, further purifying the water quality.

Uses UV or ozone to kill bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms in the water and breaks down residual proteins.

Biological Filtration Module:
MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor)
MBBR is a biofilm reactor constructed with brick pools or PE buckets. By adding a certain amount of suspended carrier bio-fillers to the reactor, it enhances the biomass and biological diversity within the MBBR. Different biological species grow inside and outside the fillers, with anaerobic or facultative bacteria inside and aerobic bacteria outside, enabling both nitrification and denitrification reactions.

Oxygenation Modules:
Oxygen Cone:
A specifically designed oxygenation device for industrial aquaculture, made entirely of stainless steel or fiberglass. It works in tandem with pure oxygen generators and other recirculating aquaculture equipment to provide highly oxygenated water for ultra-high-density aquaculture.
LHO Low-Pressure Oxygenation Unit:
A new type of non-powered medium-pressure oxygenation technology with an oxygen dissolution range of 1-5L/min. The water flowing out under the force of gravity achieves an oxygen saturation level of 140%-190% while removing air bubbles from the pipeline. The LHO operates with zero energy consumption and is commonly used in breeding systems.

Feeding Module:
Uses automatic feeders that distribute feed of different particle sizes through a dosing roller. The feed is then thrown into the feeding area by a scattering disc, improving efficiency.

Temperature Control Module:
Maintains stable water temperatures to meet the growth needs of aquatic products.

Pump Station:
Provides the necessary power for pumping, drainage, and pressurization in the recirculating water system.

Chemical Dosing Module:
Monitors water quality parameters in the fish ponds, such as pH, and automatically adjusts the pH through chemical dosing to ensure stable aquaculture water quality.

Control Module:
The system is equipped with a network interface. Through smart modules, an aquaculture production and management system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) is established, realizing a digital management model that includes visualization of aquaculture scenarios, intelligent equipment control, standardized product quality, and informationized production management.
